This project was a complete and total property overhaul!  The property was not completely built at the start, and there were many incomplete areas in the building, including no ceilings upstairs, exposed wiring, a half-built garage and much more.  This 6-month project started off with structural remodelling on the inside of the house, changing the upstairs layout completely, so the upstairs bathroom became a walk-in main en-suite closet.  Downstairs the kitchen did not exist much, so this was build up from scratch by another contractor.  The kitchen’s balcony was also converted into a pantry/ scullery.

The house was extended to include a braai-room, as well as tandem garage and domestic quarters.  The braai-room is definitely an entertainers dream as it boasts large stacking doors overlooking the pool.  Take a look at this transformation!
