Although a smaller project, quite a big refurb!

This property makeover included chopping up of old floor tiles, ripping up old carpets and ultimately giving the floor a breath of fresh air with some stylishly neutral flooring.

We are glad to have been part of this refurb, along with other contractors, specifically involved in the prep & paint work.

The tiny kitchen space was immediately opened up by recon-figuring the counter space to offer a more open-plan flow.

The walls were also given some TLC and a new lick of paint, adding to the neutral chic look of the flat.
